Hoarding cleanup

Hoarding situations are more common than most people realize, and they’re rarely simple. Whether you’re a family member trying to help, or a property manager preparing a unit, we approach every job the same way: without judgment, and with a clear plan.

Why This Isn’t General Cleaning

Hoarding is a biohazard situation, not a tidying job.

What looks like clutter often isn’t just clutter. Hoarded environments regularly involve real biohazard concerns that require the same training and equipment as a trauma scene — not a cleaning crew with trash bags.

Our Standard

Remediated to a safe, clean standard — every time.

  • From light clutter to severe, biohazard-involved conditions
  • Animal waste and biohazard material handled as part of the process, not an afterthought
  • Affected items are always removed for proper disposal, never left behind or simply relocated
  • A clear plan before work begins, and respectful handling of belongings throughout

Our Process

A clear plan, without judgment.

Assessment

We walk the property with you and identify what needs to be removed, sorted, or remediated.

Sorting & removal

Items are sorted respectfully; contaminated material is set aside for proper disposal.

Biohazard remediation

Feces, mold, spoiled food, and other biohazard material are cleaned and sanitized to CDPH and OSHA standards.

Final clean & verification

The space is fully cleaned and, on request, tested to confirm it meets a safe standard.

Why It Matters Who You Hire

This work is regulated, not optional cleaning.

Biological material — feces, mold, decomposition — can’t legally go in regular trash or a standard dumpster. As with all our work, hoarding cleanup is handled exclusively by our own certified team, never subcontracted, following the same documented, itemized process that supports insurance and reimbursement claims. We serve the Coachella Valley, Riverside County, San Bernardino, and El Centro.

Our full scope stops at removal and decontamination. If a situation involves repair, flooring, or drywall, we’ll connect you with a trusted contractor to finish the job. Related odor from smoke, decomposition, or long-term neglect is handled through our dedicated Odor Removal service, standalone or paired with hoarding cleanup.

A clear plan, without judgment.

Reaching out doesn’t commit you to anything — tell us what’s going on and we’ll walk you through what happens next.
