Our Process

Assessment
We walk the property with you and identify what needs to be removed, sorted, or remediated.
Sorting & removal
Items are sorted respectfully; contaminated material is set aside for proper disposal.
Biohazard remediation
Feces, mold, spoiled food, and other biohazard material are cleaned and sanitized to CDPH and OSHA standards.
Final clean & verification
The space is fully cleaned and, on request, tested to confirm it meets a safe standard.
Why It Matters Who You Hire
This work is regulated, not optional cleaning.
Biological material — feces, mold, decomposition — can’t legally go in regular trash or a standard dumpster. As with all our work, hoarding cleanup is handled exclusively by our own certified team, never subcontracted, following the same documented, itemized process that supports insurance and reimbursement claims.
